MARKET ASSESSMENT STUDY & FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY REPORT

Undertaking a detailed market assessment and feasibility study provides important inputs regarding the future of the new venture being considered. The process begins with a market assessment that lays the foundation for a valid and viable medico-technical and commercial plan.

A qualitative primary and secondary market assessment will be done to comprehend the healthcare demand and supply situation in the primary and secondary drainage areas of a project. This forms the pre-feasibility study for the project and includes a brief analysis of the market along with strategic recommendations outlining the ideal size and specialties for the project in line with market dynamics and existing competitors.
