PHRC Health City is a 500-bedded health city complex being developed on 14 acres of land in the city of Pune [India]. The proposed complex, being planned over 1.5 million sq. feet of built up area, has been envisioned to provide integrated healthcare services and will be equipped with a tertiary care hospital, research & development centre, educational institutes, residential accommodations and a variety of other wellness services aimed at offering holistic care to its patients. UniHealth has been associated as its Project Management Consultant since the stage of conceptualization.

UMC Victoria Hospital is Uganda's leading private sector hospital. With 120+ beds, the hospital is equipped with modular operating theatres, advanced diagnostic services, state-of-art intensive care units, dialysis units, ophthalmology centre and an infertility [IVF] centre. UniHealth has been associated with the facility as its Project Management Consultant from the stage of conceptualization and continues to be its operational management consultant since the commissioning of the hospital in January 2018.

Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital is a JCI & NABH accredited 500-bedded quaternary care hospital established by the Aditya Birla Group in Pune, India. UniHealth, from 2011 to 2019, exclusively marketed and managed the Medical Value Travel [International Patient Services] division of the hospital, marking its foray into the global healthcare service delivery market and bringing it to the forefront of Medical Tourism in India.

Ethiopian Air is Africa's largest airline company. In collaboration with UniHealth, in 2013, it launched the UniHealth - Ethiopian Air Medical Travel Program, an unique program aimed at providing end-to-end medical travel services to patients planning to visit India for the required treatments from 40+ countries across Africa. With a pan-Africa presence, the program was able to assist patients across the continent with one-stop solutions for their healthcare needs. Every patient traveling under the program benefited from discounted air tickets on Ethiopian Air for self and for one accompanying relative.
Mwanza Hospital [Tanzania]

The proposed 50-bedded tertiary care hospital being planned in Mwanza, Tanzania, aims to reform the healthcare services being provided in the region by offering specialty services like minimally invasive procedures, joint replacement surgeries, advanced ophthalmology treatments and infertility treatments. To realize their vision, the stakeholders have appointed UniHealth as their architectural and medical planners and have entrusted the team with the responsibility to help them realize the vision of transforming healthcare in the Lake Region of Tanzania. The proposed hospital is being planned as a ground + two structure, with a built-up area of approx. 50,000 sq. feet.
Specialty Cancer Hospital [India]

The proposed specialty Cancer Hospital being planned in Pune, India, aims to provide comprehensive surgical and medical oncology services to its patients. The dedicated cancer facility is being planned with a built-up area of approx. 20,000 sq. feet, spread over 6 floors. UniHealth is providing the stakeholders with end-to-end architectural design and medical planning services.
